WEEK THREE, DAY 3: INNOCENT SUFFERS FOR THE GUILTY

The innocent suffers for the guilty is a true statement in this case.  A group of Haitians were arrested by security agents during a looting in Haiti.  This young boy has just been freed from the imprisonment and it's evident he's not happy about being in such a situation.

This picture evokes such anguish and pain.  The girl's shock and fear has been captured for all to see the exact effect the destruction of Haiti is facing.  This photo really connects with the viewer as it shows how very fragile human life is.

President Barack Obama’s presence and leadership takes total focus in this picture. Obama is centered, his hands are in a conversational gesture and the expression upon his face shows that he is saying something of utmost importance. The flags in the background are symbols that represent patriotism.

Humans are created with the need to live. This picture shows the strength of a human. Eleven days after the 7.0 Earthquake that shook Haiti, a man- buried under debris was found alive. The central subject of the picture is the survivor in the middle of his rescuers.
